Privacy Policy

This page describes how Canvas Live ("we", "us") handles personal information for artists who sell on the platform and collectors who purchase from them.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, avatar, artist handle, bio, and profile media you upload.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We store a reference to your Stripe Customer/Connect account, subscription status, and order records. We never see or store card numbers.
• Order info: items purchased, amounts, shipping address (for print orders), and tracking numbers artists provide.
• Usage: basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To operate your storefront, auctions, and checkout.
• To route payouts to artists through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, outbid notices, shipping updates).
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with the vendors that run the service: Stripe (payments), our cloud database and email provider, and analytics tooling. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can update or delete your profile from the dashboard, cancel your subscription at any time, and request account deletion by emailing privacy@canvaslive.app. Order and payment records may be retained as required by law.
